Returns
If there's an issue with your order, please contact me at contact@studiorhubner.com within 7 days of delivery. Once your request is reviwed, I will provide instructions on how and where to return the item when appicable. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please check your order upon arrival and reach out if your artwork arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item. I will be happy to replace the artwork at no additional cost.
Refunds
Because each artwork is created and handled individually, purchases cannot be refunded. However, I will always ensure you recieve your artwork in perfect condition - replacements are provided in case of damage or issues with the shipment.
